You’ve worked hard all week. Now it’s time to have some fun!Join us for fun and dynamic warm ups, partner workouts, circuit training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) all designed to give you a great full-body workout. Each class brings new challenges and adventures in a fun-filled engaging way!
Modifications are provided for the exercises so everyone can go at their own pace from beginner to beast mode.

INSTRUCTIONS: This is the closest address to the park, however, it’s best to continue to the end of W Mission Bay Drive and make a left at the light onto Mission Blvd. Belmont Park and the roller coaster will be on your right.

Turn left at the first traffic light on Mission Blvd. into the parking lot in front of the bay (there will be a mini golf place called Tiki Town on your right at that light).

Class meets on the grassy area at the bay in front of the beach volleyball courts right next to the parking lot. (We are to the right of the restrooms when facing the bay).
