This form of body conditioning, or resistance training, uses high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance while also improving cardiovascular fitness. This workout involves movements such as jumps, sprints and agility ladder exercises in one continuous cycle, alternating between the different areas to allow for muscle recovery. INSTRUCTIONS: From Pacific Beach- Head east on Grand Ave. toward Mission Bay Drive. Continue on Mission Bay Drive toward Route 5 highway. Take a slight right at the traffic light before the highway to stay on Mission Bay Drive. Make a left at the stop sign to stay on Mission Bay Drive. Continue on Mission Bay Drive for 1.3 miles. Playa Pacifica park will be on your right. If you go to the Hilton Hotel you’ve gone too far.
From Clairemont- Head south on Clairemont Drive towards East Mission Bay. Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the road. You will see the sign for Playa Pacifica and the park will be on your right.
