Tato and Jillian are a dynamic duo. Tato, an expert instructor, creates high intensity intervals, ensuring a full body workout. He is always challenging us with new routines, exercises, and equipment. You can be ensured that every class he will make you sweat while having fun. Jillian, brings our community together. Finding creative ways to build friendships outside our bootcamp. She's always making sure we are all welcomed and pushing ourselves. The atmosphere, community, instructors, and workouts make this bootcamp one of the best bootcamps to join.
I am in LOOOOVVVVEEEE!!!!! Husband and wife team, Tato and Jillian are so positive and welcoming! Encouraging every single person and making sure their form is good, giving you a workout every time that you will find very effective as long as you give it your all! Every person I have met in this group of people are fun and are excited to be there! Tato definitely has a great imagination and knowledge to switch it up so you are not doing the same thing all the time. I have attended two weeks worth of classes and have enjoyed them all! I would call them "butter burners" for sure! I signed up and their prices are good and worth every single penny! Come get your sweat on in the park and burn, baby, burn!
I enjoy my workouts with Cali4Fitness so much. Working out in a group is very motivating and they don't just keep you motivated during the workout, I get messages during the week that motivate me to come to the class and to live healthy and active!
The workouts are fun and challenging, Coach Tato makes sure that we have a variety of sets. No group is too small or too big, Stan D. Van is filled with equipment, our gym is anywhere and everywhere!! Rain or shine, luckily we have a pavilion in the rare case of rain.
Great workout where everyone can go at their own pace, even a 68 year old like me, with help from Coach Tato. It was fun and motivating to share the workout with others rather than trying to do something by myself. I highly recommend it for all ages.
